“Rune Harmonics” - Scroll marked with luminescent inks, recovered from mountaintop monastery. I wonder what other harmonics might exist?
“Unknown Metallic Writing” - Found near alien structure on a moon of Taxyav II. Analysis indicates some form of extruded metallic deposits, on a bio-ceramic substrate. Language unidentifiable. I wonder what significance the spiral holds?
“Thalm 101” - Well preserved page from introductory textbook. Discovered beneath charred pebble. I wonder what those consequences were?
“Small Oaken Wand” - Item tag, cut into some kind of clear crystal. Found near blast crater in still-smouldering ruins of museum. Glass-like sheen of crater walls suggest the labelled item probably wasn’t a mere replica. I wonder where it is now?
“Emporia Arcanica receipt” - Found in mint condition while sifting through ruined accountants’ guild building. I wonder how much real dragon tears cost?
“Reconsider my scholarship application” - letter fragment found near a skeleton. Nearby was weatherworn alchemical apparata. Perhaps the pixies this unnamed researcher found were smarter than they appeared?
“MK XII Engine (Precis Sketch)” - retrieved from incinerator’s feed conveyor by curious garbage man. Minor tearing, little weather damage. I wonder what was such a big secret it had to be torn from the diagram before it was disposed?
“The Saga of the Forbidden Voidheart” - page in good condition found in apparent student quarters of an abandoned Magetower. Appears to have been removed from some larger volume, perhaps an instructional textbook?
